The electronic digital signature (EDS) is legally valid alternate of a personal subscript for electronic documents.

The electronic digital signature is applied by cryptography conversion over the electronic document which subscribes. As a result of conversion the digital sequence which represents a signature is added to the document. The electronic document signed with usage of EDS, possesses the same validity, as well as the document made on a paper, and pinned by an autographic signiture. In the case when the electronic document demands confirmation by the chop, one more EDS, which has the certificate with the chop status, is applied on it.
